Mike is our ranch foreman. Mike brings a wealth of experience to the ranch. He spent years beef and grain farming, implementing modern grazing practices and best practice beef husbandry.
Mike is also an accomplished adventurer, novelist, astronomer and documentary film maker.
Languages include English, French and German.
The Chilako River Cattle Company is located in Prince George BC.
The ranch is approximately 1850 acres in total, including deeded and a 25 year grazing lease.
The ranch provides abundant water as we border the Chilako river, have 4 natural lakes as well as a 20 acre dam.
In addition, we have multiple pastures ranging in size and totalling well over 1000 acres, ideal for rotational grazing.
